We will assess your property and provide advice regarding improvements to be made. We will refer you to reputable contractors that would help you modify or refurbish the space.
Please note that this fee is non-refundable and only covers the assessment. It does not cover any administration fees or additional expenses that the project will require. We will, however, deduct this fee from your final invoice, once we receive the go-ahead for us to let your property.
Our role is to provide you with practical advice that will help you make the most out of your rental property. We recommend getting quotes for any additional services required.
EPC survey may be required, we do this assessment at competitive rates.
